Noah’s home birth
ByNoah was born at home with a midwife (two, actually), and I had the honor of taking his birth pictures. I met his mommy at the Friends of Missouri Midwives group that meets monthly in Springfield. I really wanted to photograph a home birth that we could use to show others what one is like. I just want people to know they have options out there for where to give birth. We had our baby at home as well, and I am so glad we did. I selected the images for this video to tell the story in the best way possible. There is nothing in it that would make you uncomfortable if you have never seen birth pictures before. Birth is really the coolest thing I have ever photographed and I can’t wait to do more!
